Frances Ann Market a native of Pittsburgh Pa, passed away the morning of Tuesday November 10, 2020 with her family at her side.   Frances was born to the late Anna Ruth Market and the late James Edward Earl Allen on September 2nd 1954.  Frances grew up in the Hill District she graduated from Fifth Avenue High School, moved on to receive her CNA Certification and her LPN License.   Frances worked for several health care agencies, and 2 nursing homes.  Frances Loved Make-up and beauty she loved it so much she became an Avon Consultant and a Mary kay Representative.  Frances was a woman of God giving her life to Christ at a young age, Oh how she loved to study the word!! Frances was a member of Greater Allen A.M.E Church moving on to Destiny of Faith Church under the Covering of the wonderful  Dr. Reverend Brenda J Gregg for 12 years.  Frances also loved cooking, listening to music, Dancing, and hanging with her sisters; Ma Helen Davis, Linda Satterwhite, Arlene Upsher, Deborah Eackles, Sheila Outcalt, Catherine Hockett,  DD Hopper, and Harriett Alston.   Frances was Preceded in death by her Husband Wesley Dean Quarles Sr, her 1st  born son Wesley Dean Quarles Jr, her mother Anna Ruth Market and her father James Edward Earl Allen.  Frances leaves to mourn her death Her life partner Rosealie Palmer, her life child Pamela Upsher, 2 daughters Malika Nicole Market, and Qiana Monique Buckner,  and her son Nathan Reed Market, her Grandchildren Ciearra Bell, Antwone Bell, Princess Market, Jerimyah Newton, Robert Young Jr, Kevin Buckner, Cory Buckner, and Ne’ Omi Young…….10 step grand kids …..5 Great Grand Kids  7step great grand kids  and a very big host of nieces, nephews and friends   The family would love to thank everyone for all prayers, cards, etc…..
