Obituary for Gregory Peelman
Gregory Thomas Peelman, 65, of Greenville, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully at UPMC Hamot on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Greg was born January 1, 1958 to Albert and June (McMann) Peelman in Erie, Pennsylvania.
He attended Academy High School and graduated from Gannon University with a degree in business. He had worked at McDonald’s since age 16, eventually becoming store manager until his retirement in 2021. Greg enjoyed cooking, exploring new places, and making acquaintances wherever he went.
Greg is survived by parents, Albert and June; daughters, Megan Brickner of Cortland, OH, Rebecca (Joshua) Black of Girard, OH, and Isabella Bruss of Bucyrus, OH; grandchildren Emily Brickner, Alaina & Joshua Black; brothers, Jeff (Karen) Peelman of Erie, PA, Brian (Debbie) Peelman of Twinsburg, OH, and Terry (Karen) Peelman of Liverpool, NY; and multiple nieces, nephews, and friends.
His daughters would like to thank the nurses and doctors at UPMC Hamot for their compassionate care. Cremation and professional services have been entrusted to House of Paradise Cremation and Funeral Services Inc Erie, PA. A memorial for friends and family will be announced at a later date.
